2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may hold only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

3. Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at 8hi77 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods for deposits are:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Rocket
- Bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)
Please provide accurate transaction details so that your deposit can be processed correctly. 8hi77 is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Conditions for withdrawals:
- Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- If any active bonus wagering requirement remains on the account, the full withdrawal may be delayed.
- 8hi77 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for additional verification if required.
4.3 Currency & Taxes
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Where applicable, the actual amount credited to the user's wallet will be after any taxes or charges have been deducted. Tax obligations are the user's own responsibility — 8hi77 is not a tax adviser.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users at 8hi77 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:
- A ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
- A deposit of ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳28,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games; certain games may not contribute to wagering requirements.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings only become withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
- 8hi77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
6. Gaming Policy
6.1 Fair Play

6.2 Technical Errors

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:
- Operating an account under another person's identity or using a false identity.
- Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through software, bots, scripts, or artificial assistance.
- Attempting to hack the platform's security systems or exploit vulnerabilities.

- Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards other users.
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Opening an account on behalf of a minor or encouraging a minor to participate in gaming.

8. Responsible Gaming

- A single person holding multiple accounts.
9.2 User Rights
A user may request to close their own account. All pending bonus wagering requirements will be cancelled before the account is closed. Valid deposit balances will be returned, but bonus balances are non-refundable.
